Baylor Community Gardens Reservation Thank you for your interest in using the Baylor Community Gardens. Currently, there are two gardens. Only the largest community garden, 9th and James Fellowship Garden is available for reservation for an event, class, or other activity through this form. Before completing this form, please review the following guidelines for this space:Generally, the garden cannot accommodate more than 160 people for a sit-down event.Organizers are advised to visit the 9th and James garden well in advance of their event to assess seating capacity (email CommunityGarden@baylor.edu to arrange a visit). Any seating and tables beyond those permanently in the garden will need to be arranged by organizers.There is no on-site bathroom.The garden can only be reserved outside of regular volunteer hours.The garden is locked and accessible by a lock code that will be provided to you upon approval of your request.If your request is approved, you will receive fuller garden event guidelines with which you will be expected to comply.
