Baylor Community Gardens Group Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in bringing a group to volunteer at the Baylor Community Gardens.  Groups, classes, and organizations from and beyond Baylor are welcome to request an opportunity to serve at the gardens during regular volunteer hours (click for current hours).  Please note the following regulations for registering volunteer groups:

• Individuals coming on their own outside of groups do not need to apply to volunteer—you can simply show up during regular volunteer hours.
• Groups can bring no more than 20 total volunteers to each garden site.
• One leader from each group must use this portal to submit a group volunteer application, and they should do so 2 weeks in advance of the desired service date(s).
• If the request for group volunteering is in response to an advertised call for volunteers from the garden team for a special service day, the leader can apply closer to the date—please do so at least 2 business days in advance.
• Group leaders must apply through this portal for each date that their group wishes to volunteer.
• Group leaders must receive a confirmation from a member of our team that their application has been accepted before their group can attend.
• Given the high demand for volunteering, we might need to ask your group to consider alternative dates.
